Sa pagtatapos ng Taong Panuruan, sama-sama nating saksihan ang State of the Learner Government Address (SOLGA) — ang huling pagtitipon ng kasalukuyang pamunuan bago magbukas ang panibagong yugto ng pamumuno.

Ito ang araw ng pagbabalik-tanaw, pagkilala, at pagpapaalam.

Isang makapangyarihang ulat ng mga nagawa, mga aral na iniwan, at mga adhikaing ipapamana—bago natin kilalanin ang mga bagong magiging lider.
