OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
RE: CLARIFICATION ON CLASS SCHEDULE AND MODALITY
Good day, dear students.
Please be clearly guided by the following:
โข The original class schedule provided by the Registrar WILL BE FOLLOWED (same time and subjects).
โข What changes is ONLY the MODE OF DELIVERY:
โข Face-to-Face (In-Person) or
โข Online
This means:
Your schedule stays the same ,only the way the class is conducted changes depending on the assigned week.
WEEKLY ALTERNATING SYSTEM
Students are divided into Group A and Group B, and classes will alternate weekly:
If your group is assigned Face-to-Face this week,
you will attend classes on campus following your regular schedule. (Refer to the disseminated schedule of online and f2F classes. Nursing is under Group A)
The following assigned week, your classes will be Online, but still following the same time and subjects.
This alternating pattern continues throughout the implementation period.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
โข Always check which week is assigned as Online or Face-to-Face for your group.
โข Do not change or swap schedules or rooms.
โข Attendance will be checked both online and in-person.
SIMPLE WAY TO REMEMBER:
โSame schedule, different mode depending on the week.โ
โ๏ธRLE DUTIES
For RLE, duties in hospitals will remain full face-to-face, however, for Community, RHUs and BHCs, we shall adapt an alternating on-site duty and Alternative Learning activity (school-based). For BSN2, the first week of rotation will be on-site duty (meaning you will have your duty in the area originally plotted in the rot olan) while the second week will be alotted for ALA (a structured learning plan will be submitted by your clinical instructors and will be reviewed by the clinical coordinator, dean and will be approved by the VP for Academics). This is to ensure that the ALA will meet the Intended learning Outcomes intended for the particular rotation.
For BSN3 and 4, the first week is intended for ALA while the second week of rotation will be done in the area.
Please see the attached document for your reference.
