Kicked and won, as PNHS students again earned their victorious spot in wushu sanda Cavraa meet

Winning with passion and determination it is, as Sidmar Vic E. Tungcul reached his gold medal goal in cavraa meet in the Wushu Sanda Competition. At his age, with his skills, he will surely soar high together with his dreams and flaming passion.

Also winning and clinching a bronze medal, Prince Michael C. Medrano showed his impressive and satisfying performance during the meet.

These two golden treasures of PNHS were trained by Mrs. Caressa Jane P. Argonza, PNHS MAPEH Coordinator.

Their achievements are also the achievement of our school.They clinched such medals, thus the school clinched such students,golds that the school will treasure.

Its been awhile! How was was everyone's holiday?

We, the Mapeh Club Organization would lime to share an exciting news about what has been going on. After the successful Mr. and Ms. Intramurals of last year's school intramurals event, the collected fund from its success and from Ms. Ma Kristina J. Taguinod as well, became a really big help to our school especially regarding sports. With the said fund, our now have;

Sa pagkamit ng tagumpay, hindi lamang saya ang nakapaloob rito kundi pati na rin ang pagod, puyat, pawis, at sakripisyo ng bawat manlalaro. Sa bawat panalo at talo, mayroon itong naguguhit na kwento na siyang magbibigay ng aral para sa mga manlalaro.

Para sa tagisan ng bawat manlalarong babae sa larong Volleyball, ating tunghayan kung sinong Grade level ang nag wagi sa ating huling tagisan.

Masigabong palakpak para sa buong koponan ng Grade 12 at sa kanilang "BEST PLAYER OF THE GAME" na si Jashlyn Tamagon na may 8 points, 7 attacks, 1 service, at 6 excellent, sa pag wagi ng larong Volleyball sa tagisan ng mga manlalarong babae. Kanilang naipanalo ang kanilang laban para sa huling tagisan nila ng manlalarong babae ng Grade 10.

Sa bagsik ng mga katawan, sa taas ng talon, sa bawat pawis na pumapatak, at sa bawat palo ng bola, dito nakasalalay ang tagumpay na gustong makamtam ng bawat manlalaro.
"Manalo o matalo man tayo, itutuloy natin ito" yan ang karaniwang sambit at baon ng bawat manlalaro, na hindi magiging huli ang lahat kahit sila'y talo.

Sa tagisan ng mga manlalarong lalake sa larong Volleyball, tunghayan natin kung sinong Grade level ang nag wagi para sa huling tagisan ng larong Volleyball.

Para sa huling laban ng mga manlalarong lalake sa larong Volleyball, nag tagisan ang koponan ng Grade 11 laban sa Grade 7, kaya naman hindi hinayaan ng Grade 11 na manlalaro na sila'y matalo ng mga mababagsik na manlalaro ng Grade 7.

Ating bigyan ng masigabong palakpak ang buong koponan ng Grade 11 at ang kanilang "BEST PLAYER OF THE GAME" na si Jeffrey Tica na mayroong 14 points, 11 service ace, at 3 attacks sa pag wagi sa kanilang laro laban sa Grade 7. Sila ay tagumpay na naipanalo ang kanilang laro sa huling tagisan ng larong Volleyball para sa mga manlalarong lalake.

Let us dive into the digital arena as we embark on an epic journey of skill and strategy on our Intramurals's E-Sports.Wherein victory lies within the digital world and obtained by cooperation and balance of the team.Victory is obtained by digital strength, where a pick of hero, and strategy of every player affects the mechanism of the whole game of the team.E-games where pixels collide with passion, strategy, skill and a touch of digital daring.

In showing the excellence in the field of digital gaming,our seniors, grade 12 won the first place against grade 10 with a series of 2 games.

Throughout the competition, Frank Zane A. Bariuan from Grade 8 and Kim Ashley B. Tattao from Grade 11 have shown excellent talent, devotion, and intelligence.

Their triumph demonstrates not only their command of language but also their dedication to quality. It is evidence of their diligence and the encouragement they have gotten from mentors and peers.
