AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION OF CLASSES

Due to the Orange Rainfall Warning issued by PAGASA, the Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo announces the suspension of classes in all levels in both public and private schools today, August 18, 2026.

The suspension is implemented as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and welfare of all learners, teaching personnel, and non-teaching personnel.
All levels are shifted to Alternative Delivery Modes (ADM) such as online, asynchronous or modular learning.

Parents and guardians are advised to keep learners at home and in safe areas and to remain alert for possible flooding, rising water levels, and other hazards associated with the continued rainfall.

The public is advised to monitor official announcements from PAGASA, the Municipal Government of Pavia, and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO).

Please prioritize safety. Avoid unnecessary travel and follow the instructions of local authorities.

We found a simple way to enjoy our little planting activity. By bringing the beauty of nature into our classroom through a simple DIY experience, giving little hands and curious minds a chance to explore, discover, and enjoy. 🪴🌿

Sensory play is a wonderful way for little learners to explore, discover, and learn through their senses. It encourages curiosity, supports fine motor development, strengthens focus and coordination, and gives children the freedom to learn through hands-on experiences. 💕

📢 AGAPE SCHOOLHOUSE ADVISORY | AUGUST 11, 2026

Dear Parents,

In view of the suspension of face-to-face classes in Pavia on August 11, 2026 due to the continuing effects of Habagat, please be informed that Playgroup and Readiness Classes at Agape Schoolhouse are also suspended tomorrow.

However, Agape Schoolhouse will remain OPEN for Tutorial Sessions starting at 8:00 AM onwards. 📚✨

We encourage parents to take advantage of this time to let their children have a tutorial session to help them catch up, review their lessons, and maintain learning continuity despite the class suspension.
