PASASALAMAT. Nais ipabatid ng pamunuan ng Pavia National High School ang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa lahat na nagbahagi ng kanilang tulong at kontribusyon para maging maayos ang pamamahagi ng medalya, sertipiko at toga para sa mga nagsipagtapos at academic awardees sa taong panuruan 2019-2020.

Higit sa lahat sa mga barangay at SK officials, mga magulang at mga gurong nakibahagi sa gawaing ito. Lubos na ikinagagalak na muling masilayan ang espiritu ng bayanihan at pagtutulungan sa gitna ng pandemyang dulot ng COVID-19. Totoong walang maiiwan at walang di-kayang gawin kung ang lahat ay nakikibahagi.

Attention SY 2019-2020 Pavia NHS Graduates and awardees!

SCHOOL ADVISORY 1: AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS

1. Pavia National High School through the cooperation of Barangay Officials in the municipality of Pavia will distribute certificates and medals of Academic and non- Academic Awardees and toga (for pictorials only) for Graduates SY 2019-2020, this coming August 6, 2020 to their Barangay Halls or Covered Gyms.

2. To observe health protocol and social distancing during this event, the following schedule will be observed:
8:00-9:00 - Grade 7 and Grade 8 (Regular Class)
9:01-10:00 - Grade 9 and Grade 10 (Regular Class)
10:01-11:00 - Grade 11 & Special Program (STE, SPS, SPJ, SPA)
8:00-12:00 - Grade 12 (Graduates) Distribution of Certificates
and Medals and Toga
1:00-3:00 - Grade 12 Returning of Toga

3. Only parents/guardians who are 21 years old and above are allowed to get the awards and toga for graduates.

4. The lists of awardees were given to the Barangay Councils.

5. For non-Pavianhons, they are advised to get the awards and toga for graduates in Pavia National High School.

6. Please be guided accordingly.

Mayroon ding dalawang paraan sa pagpapatala ngayong SY 2020-2021:

a) remote enrollment sa pamamagitan ng text, tawag, o social media; at
b) drop box enrollment sa mga kiosk na matatagpuan sa mga barangay at paaralan

Ginagawa natin ito bilang pag-iingat at pagtupad sa health and safety measures laban sa COVID-19.
