As the CBAASA Election for A.Y. 2026–2027 approaches, it is important for every aspiring candidate to understand not only the position they wish to pursue, but also the responsibilities that come with it.

Introducing the NEW ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE of the College of Business Administration and Accountancy Student Association (CBAASA).

The new structure is designed to strengthen student representation, organizational accountability, communication, academic and professional development, and the overall delivery of CBAASA programs and services.

It is composed of three major components:

🏛️ EXECUTIVE BRANCH — leads, manages, and implements CBAASA programs and operations.

⚖️ LEGISLATIVE BRANCH — the CBAASA Senate, composed of seven (7) Senators who represent student concerns and exercise legislative and oversight functions.

🎓 COLLEGE PROGRAM COUNCIL — connects CBAASA with the different academic programs of the College through their respective program representatives.

The structure also includes the Ambassador and Ambassadress, who serve as distinguished student representatives of CBAASA.

But leadership comes with responsibility.

The College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA), Mindanao State University–Sulu, is pleased to announce the enrollment schedule and procedures for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027.

Please read the following information carefully and complete each step in order to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

📅 ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE

• July 28–31, 2026 – Enrollment for New Students
• August 3–7, 2026 – Enrollment for Old Students
• August 10, 2026 – Classes Begin
• August 10–14, 2026 – Late Registration

📌 ENROLLMENT PROCESS

STEP 1: Verification of Grades
• Verify your grades through the Registrar's Office or the MSU-Sulu online grade verification system.
• Bring a printed copy or screenshot of your grades.
• Ensure your scholarship status is correctly reflected before proceeding.
• This also applies to students who have shifted, transferred, or returned to the college.

STEP 2: Evaluation of Grades
• Submit your grades to your respective Program Chairperson for evaluation.

STEP 3: Advising and Controlling
• Present your Pre-Enrollment Form to the assigned faculty adviser.
• Carefully check your proposed schedule to avoid subject, room, or time conflicts.

STEP 4: Printing of Student Study Load (SSL)
• After advising, print your Student Study Load (SSL).
• Review your schedule thoroughly before proceeding to payment to ensure there are no conflicts.

STEP 5: Payment of College Fees
• Present your SSL and pay the required college fees at the Dean's Office.

Fee Breakdown:
• Maintenance Fee – ₱200
• CBAASA Fund – ₱100
• University Week Fee – ₱1,200

Total: ₱1,500

STEP 6: Official Receipt (OR) Issuance
• Proceed to the Dean's Office for the issuance of your Official Receipt (OR).
• Present your signed SSL during the transaction.

STEP 7: Registrar's Office
• Submit your SSL to the Registrar's Office for the printing of your Certificate of Registration (COR) and for I.D. validation.

🎉 Congratulations! You are now officially enrolled.

We encourage all students to complete their enrollment within the designated schedule to avoid delays and long queues.
