In preparation for the upcoming ENROLLMENT PERIOD, the OFFICE of UNIVERSITY REGISTRAR coordinated with the DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OFFICE to conduct coaching sessions focused on student assessment and validation procedures for the enrollment process.

This collaborative effort aims to ensure seamless transactions, efficient workflows, and smooth access to services for all students throughout the activity.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT | NURSING APTITUDE TEST (NAT) RESULTS

The Sulu State University – School of Nursing is pleased to announce that 150 applicants have successfully passed the Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT) and are now qualified for the interview and written exam, which will take place on July 16, 2026 at 8 am.

Training on Evaluation and Updated Enrollment

The Registrar's Office, in coordination with the DTO, successfully conducted a Training on Evaluation and Updated Enrollment for selected faculty members, office clerks, and department heads. The training aimed to familiarize participants with the updated enrollment procedures, student evaluation guidelines, and institutional policies to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.

The session included discussions on the proper evaluation of student academic records, implementation of updated enrollment procedures, and clarification of roles and responsibilities. Participants actively shared their experiences, raised concerns, and discussed solutions to improve coordination during enrollment.

The training was successfully completed and is expected to strengthen the University's enrollment operations by promoting uniformity, accuracy, and effective coordination among all personnel involved.
