𝑺𝑺𝑼 𝑺𝑪𝑱𝑬 | 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑫𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒐𝒏 𝑨𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒕 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑳𝒂𝒘

BS Criminology students of the SSU School of Criminal Justice Education actively participated in the Information Drive conducted by the Sulu Parole and Probation Office on May 20, 2026 at the SSU Covered Court.

The lecture was headed by Mr. Eumir Angelo L. Villarreal, Senior Parole and Probation Officer and Officer-in-Charge, who discussed Presidential Decree No. 968, otherwise known as the “Adult Probation Law of 1976,” as amended by Republic Act No. 10707. The discussion focused on the probation system, restorative justice, and the significant role of probation in the Philippine Criminal Justice System.

The activity was attended by second-year and third-year BS Criminology students together with faculty members of the School of Criminal Justice Education headed by Dean Al-Fauzi J. Ibno, RCrim.

The SCJE Family extends its sincere appreciation to the Sulu Parole and Probation Office for sharing valuable knowledge and practical insights that continue to shape future Crimson Guardians into competent and service-oriented criminologists.
