Another productive and meaningful day of learning, collaboration, and professional growth at Capt. H. Francisco Elementary School–Annex as we successfully concluded our 2-Day In-Service Training (INSET) 2026. 💚💛

Guided by our theme:

🌱 “Strengthening Teachers, Reinforcing Environment, and Achieving Measurable Outcomes (STREAM)”

our teachers continued to enhance their knowledge, strengthen their professional practices, and gain relevant strategies that can help create more meaningful and responsive learning experiences for our learners.

🎤 We extend our sincere appreciation to our Resource Speakers for generously sharing their expertise, knowledge, and valuable insights:

Capt. H. Francisco Elementary School–Annex successfully conducted the first day of its In-Service Training for Teachers via Google Meet, anchored on the program:

STREAM — Strengthening Teachers, Reinforcing Environment, and Achieving Measurable Outcomes

The session was enriched by our distinguished resource speakers, Dr. Sheila C. Cruz, OIC-Principal, and Ma’am Careen P. Bodota, who generously shared their valuable knowledge, insights, and expertise with the participants.

Despite being conducted virtually, the activity provided a meaningful venue for professional learning, collaboration, and the exchange of innovative practices. Our teachers actively participated and strengthened their knowledge and skills to create a more supportive learning environment and achieve better outcomes for every learner.

Day 1 marked another important step in our continuing commitment to teacher development, quality instruction, and educational excellence.
