- Stephanie Macasa
Students from Narciso Ayalin Integrated School (NAIS) participated in the Division School Press Conference (DSPC) held at Passi National High School Amphitheater on December 13-15, 2025.
The competition featured various journalism categories, recognizing the top 15 participants in each event. However, only those who placed within the Top 10 earned the qualification to compete in the upcoming Regional School Press Conference (RSPC).
NAIS was represented by 13 learners, nine from the secondary level and four from the elementary level during the competition.
Five participants secured placements in their respective categories, with four advancing to the RSPC.
Two learners from the elementary level earned places in different categories.
Mark Ernest D. Martinez gained 2nd place in News Writing-Filipino with his coach, Maโam Jove Suyo, and Anica Pacino took 6th place in Feature Writing-Filipino with Maโam Ronelie Martinez.
At the secondary level, three learners also earned places in different categories.
Ashley Jewel Agpalsa gained 4th place in Photojournalism-Filipino, and Stephanie Macasa won 7th place in News Writing-English; both were coached by Maโam Divine Alarba.
Meanwhile, Eliah Jen Batoy coached by Maโam Joylin Martinez , placed 13th in Feature Writing-Filipino but will not be competing to the RSPC.
These achievements reflect the dedication of NAIS campus journalists. With four learners advance to the RSPC, they bring pride to the school and serve as an inspiration to continue striving for excellence in campus journalism.
