Goodbye, Pope Francis

Today, Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, Inc. joins the world in mourning the passing of a beloved shepherd - Pope Francis. A man of deep humility, unwavering courage, and boundless compassion, he walked among us as a true servant of God.

He spoke boldly for the poor, the forgotten, and our fragile Earth. He reminded us that the Church is not a fortress, but a field hospital - open to all, especially the broken. His papacy was a light in the darkness, a voice of conscience in a world longing for mercy.

Though his voice is now silent, his legacy resounds louder than ever. Mercy. Service. Love. These are the marks he leaves upon our hearts.

From all of us at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, Inc., we offer our prayers and gratitude for a life lived in extraordinary faith.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
