🎓 𝕬 𝕹𝖊𝖜 𝕬𝖈𝖆𝖉𝖊𝖒𝖎𝖈 𝖄𝖊𝖆𝖗, 𝕬 𝕹𝖊𝖜 𝕮𝖍𝖆𝖕𝖙𝖊𝖗 𝖙𝖔 𝕭𝖊𝖌𝖎𝖓!

The College of Education officially welcomed its students through the 𝐂𝐎𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕. A meaningful gathering that set the tone for another year of 𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰, 𝓰𝓻𝓸𝔀𝓽𝓱, 𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓭𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓱𝓲𝓹, 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓹𝓾𝓻𝓹𝓸𝓼𝓮. 🌱📚

The orientation featured the presentation of the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 for each degree program—𝘽𝙀𝙀𝙙, 𝘽𝙎𝙀𝙙-𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤, 𝘽𝙎𝙀𝙙-𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙎𝙀𝙙-𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝—headed by their respective Program Chairs. Through these discussions, students were given a clearer understanding of the competencies, expectations, and professional goals that will guide them throughout their journey as future educators. 👨🏽‍🏫👩🏽‍🏫

The gathering also highlighted the proper conduct and professional values expected of every future educator, 𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘩𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘤 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵, 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘮, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴. 💞

Adding to the orientation was the presentation of the COED faculty members, giving students the opportunity to know the educators who will accompany, mentor, and guide them throughout their academic journey. The student-governing bodies and recognized organizations of the College of Education were likewise introduced, opening avenues for students to engage, lead, collaborate, and contribute to the COED community. 💫

More than an orientation, this gathering served as a reminder of the responsibility and privilege that come with choosing the path of education. 𝓐𝓽𝓽𝓲𝓽𝓾𝓭𝓮 𝓻𝓮𝓯𝓵𝓮𝓬𝓽𝓼 𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓭𝓮𝓻𝓼𝓱𝓲𝓹. 💞✨

The 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬' 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞 proudly joined fellow student leaders of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig for the final day of the 𝐌𝐚𝐱𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐧. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩.

One thing that really stood out from today’s session was the reminder that our attitude says a lot about the kind of leader we are. We can talk about leadership all we want, but sometimes, it is how we act, respond, and treat the people around us that truly shows who we are as leaders.

A positive attitude, humility, responsibility, and respect may seem like simple things, but they can have a big impact on the people around us. After all, people don’t just listen to what leaders say. They also notice what leaders do.

We were also reminded that 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 is not about being the loudest or most noticeable person in the room. It is about what we stand for and how we use our strengths to serve others. In the end, what matters is not only how people remember us, but also the kind of impact we leave behind through our 𝓲𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓰𝓻𝓲𝓽𝔂, 𝓼𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮, and 𝓹𝓾𝓻𝓹𝓸𝓼𝓮.

And now that the five-day camp has come to an end, the real challenge begins: putting these lessons into practice. Leadership is not only something we show in public or during organizational activities. We can practice it in school, at home, with our friends, and even in the small decisions we make when no one is watching. 🤍🙌🏼✨

Sa halip, kung gagamitin nang 𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓹𝓸𝓷𝓼𝓪𝓫𝓵𝓮 𝓪𝓽 𝓶𝓪𝔂 𝔀𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓸𝓷𝓰 𝓵𝓪𝔂𝓾𝓷𝓲𝓷, maaari itong maging isang makapangyarihang kasangkapan sa pananaliksik at mabisang tulay tungo sa mas malawak na yaman ng kaalaman at impormasyon. Sa tulong ng teknolohiya, mas mabilis nating naipapahayag ang ating mga saloobin, naipapakalat ang ating kultura, at naipakikilala ang mayamang panitikan at wikang Filipino sa iba't ibang panig ng mundo. 🌏💫
