𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: First Organization Presidents’ Meeting with the Student Development and Activities Office

The First Organization Presidents’ Meeting was held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM, bringing together the presidents of various Recognized Student Organizations from the Senior High School, College, and University-wide levels.

The meeting served as an opportunity to discuss important organizational matters, upcoming activities, proper coordination, and reminders on organizational policies and compliance. The organization presidents also shared updates and concerns regarding their respective organizations and upcoming initiatives.

Ms. Maria Ravina R. Das, SDAO Coordinator, discussed important reminders and organizational matters, while Ms. Nicole Ann A. Dadulla, SDAO Assistant, provided an update on the audit status of the Recognized Student Organizations and reminded the organization presidents of the necessary requirements for Audit compliance and clearance.

Also present during the meeting was SDAO Representative Mr. Dominic Zarate, who joined the discussion and provided support in addressing organizational concerns and updates.

In line with the approval of the College Department Heads and the Academic Director, the Midterm Examinations for College students have been rescheduled to September 1-5, 2026.

Students are encouraged to use the additional time to prepare for their examinations and stay informed through official school communication channels for any further updates.

Please note that the Midterm Examination schedule for Senior High School students remains unchanged and will follow the original schedule as previously announced.

For guidance and concerns, kindly coordinate with your respective department offices.
