Last July, our MapleBear Cubs celebrated Nutrition Month through meaningful, hands-on experiences that brought healthy living to life!

From pretend farmers’ markets and interactive discussions to real-world community experiences, our Cubs learned that eating well is not just about food—it’s about making thoughtful choices, appreciating the people who grow our food, and building healthy habits that can last a lifetime.

This week’s Cookery class was more than preparing a healthy snack. As part of our ”-ew” lesson, our Cubs created colorful fruit skewers while practicing fine motor skills, following instructions, sequencing, making independent choices, and exploring healthy eating habits.
