Struggling with handwriting? It may be about more than just the pencil grip.

Handwriting is a whole-body skill! Children need hand and finger strength, core and shoulder stability, visual-motor coordination, and letter-formation memory to write with confidence.

When these foundations are still developing, writing can feel tiring, frustrating, or difficult, and that’s okay.
