Shorinji Kempo is a modern Japanese martial that aims to develop the individual rather then just tea We make no minimum requirement on fitness or flexibility.

Since its foundation in 1947 by Doshin So, Shorinji Kempo developed into the largest single martial art in the world. Recently opened in the Philippines, Manila, Shorinji Kempo sessions are open for everyone and beginners are always welcome.
