Administrative Customer Service Assistant: (“ACSA”)
A-US Air of Texas is an HVAC Service Company in the Dallas Texas geography. The Company focuses on Home Warranty Work with American Home Shield as their largest supplier of Home Warranty work. The Company is in growth mode.
1. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, text, and maybe social media.
2. Use Telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
3. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or the reasons for their call.
4. Cancel or upgrade accounts.
5. Assist with placement of scheduling their calls with HQ / Operations.
6. Advise on Work Order information.
7. Answer questions about the Home Warranty process with the Service Provider.
8. Use internal Software to help Schedule a call.
9. Adjust to modifications in the daily role.
10. Utilize technology to handle high call volumes.
11. Insist on the Highest Standards in everything you do
Strong bias for action is a must
12. Be obsessed with customer results, expectations and overall satisfaction
