The problem isn't that founders don't plan. It's that they plan after they've already committed — money, time, sometimes both.

By the time the budget becomes real, the decisions have already been made. You're not planning anymore. You're explaining why things cost more than expected.

The roadmap and the budget need to exist before you spend anything. Not after the first three months. Before the first peso leaves your account.

That's the one thing I built this workshop around.
Three hours. You leave with a Startup Product Roadmap and a Forecasted Budget — built live during the session using Claude and NotebookLM. Not a framework you figure out alone afterward. We build it together, with your actual idea.

Three months of planning used to mean three months of getting it wrong slowly.

Market research that took weeks. Budget forecasts that took a finance person and two revisions. Roadmaps that existed in a founder's head because putting them on paper was a project in itself.

AI didn't make founders smarter. It made the slow parts fast so the thinking can actually happen.

The question isn't whether to use these tools. It's whether you're using them in the right sequence, for the right outputs, at the right stage of your startup.

Most aren't. Not because they don't want to. Because nobody showed them the workflow.
