Kung gusto mo magkawork, kung gusto mong mapromote sa work, aalamin mo ang mga bagay bagay, magpupursige ka, product knowledge, sistema, at kung ano ano pa na may kinalaman sa work. Bago ka pumasok imbes na magchismisan magtanong ka ng mga bagay sa mas nakakaalam. Tinanggap tayo sa work dahil may nakita sa ating potential, isa na dun ay makakacontribute tayo sa team kahit BAGO TAYO. Di lahat ng guest o customer e matatanggap na BAGO TAYO at baka makaapekto sa reviews ng pinapasukan mo. Parte k n nga team once nakapirma ka at may time card ka na. So ang responsibilidad mo ay maging PART ng team kahit BAGO o LUMA. Hindi ka Bago… kulang lang sa push at motivation. Kaya mo yan. Sa second day mo hindi ka na BAGO lumipas na ang 24hrs. Goodluck!
