Mirror Art. 🪞 Before drawing themselves, they had to actually look — where are my eyes, what's my hair like, where does my nose go?

We're not after a portrait that looks accurate. We care more about what they notice about themselves.

Bees, flowers, and watching pollen move from one to the next. 🌸 They sorted shapes too, and counted along the way.

That counting part is on purpose, by the way — not how high a child can count from memory, but making sure every number actually matches one object.

That's what we do at Parkwood Playschool.

That's a wrap on The Teddy Bear Picnic Adventure! 🧺🧸

Four weeks of Teddy Bear Cottage, Picnic Kitchen, Basket Workshop, and Picnic in Nature — a whole month of hands-on play, storytelling, and nature exploration for our Cocoon kids.

We capped it off with a real Teddy Bear Picnic.
