It seems obvious, but time away from a screen can help you to refocus and boost your energy. It can be tempting to use your breaks to slip from one on screen activity (working) to another (Netflix or social media).

Be aware of how much screen facing you are doing and what you are spending time on.
๐Switch Off Distractions
Having your notifications turned on reduces your ability to concentrate. Give yourself the space to focus on the task at hand by switching off notifications and logging out of social media.
๐Protect Your Virtual Identity
Never use โeasy wordsโ, use โhard-to-crackโ passwords, use pass words that include two options, always avoid sharing any secrets or highly personal information on the Internet.
๐Promote Positive Online Relationships
People should be polite and not interfere with their privacy at the same time, people should encourage others to report mistreatment.
Keep in mind that your words also reflect on the other people, the history and the future will continue and will become contagious to other people. Your words reflect who you are. That's why, always be kind!
