Welcome to 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲 (𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮) — a two-weekend journey of purpose, faith, and connection happening on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬-𝟮𝟭 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟳-𝟮𝟴 at 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵, Cabay, Tiaong, Quezon.

True leadership isn't about being out-front; it's about bringing others along with you. This year, our focus is on 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. Through a blend of creative activities, team-building, and spiritual reflection, we will discover how to serve with heart, lead with integrity, and put our faith into motion.

𝟏. 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙊𝙪𝙩: Deepening self-awareness to better serve those around you.
𝟐. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙙: Embodying servant leadership in the footsteps of Jesus.
𝟑. 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨-𝙊𝙣 𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝: Transforming your leadership into real-world church and community impact.
𝟒. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙡𝙚: Establishing strong peer support and accountability for the road ahead.

We warmly invite you to the Zambales Rural Service Project—an outreach program hosted by Balangai Study Center (KALFI), where we do reading and writing activities for children in Aeta communities. A small act of your time can open big opportunities for them!

📅 Date: May 25-31, 2026 (Monday to Sunday)
📍 Location: Castillejos, Zambales
💰 Contribution: 3000 Php (Inclusive of transportation, food, and miscellaneous expenses)
