Teachers , Parents!
Pairing is important for the student and to the shadow or sped teachers. Pairing always takes at least 1 month , some of them take 1 & half months. Depends on the student. It's not magic, we need to go through a normal process.

Always Opt for positivity and pray for success. Do not rush everything, accept and one day everything will fall into place.

Teaching tips! Not everything is about writing , paper and pencil. Matching pictures and real objects in an array of 3 is a must.

Behavior Management for special needs students inside the classroom.

Continue to educate yourself. It will help you to do your duty according to the needs of your student.

Always opt for the best and be pro-active .

One of our parent feedback. Shadow Teacher support. Always remember supporting sped student inside the classroom, takes time to see student progress. There's no called Magic, there's no called miracles. It's always take time to see positive outcome Ng mga LO.

Collaborations among shadow teacher, classroom teacher, teacher aids, head , therapist, parents is very important.

It doesn't mean the student have shadow teacher inside class, it means less than a month , magiging ok Yung bata. Always remember:

Shadow teacher and student pairing
Shadow teacher need to put the child in routine, be familiar.
Student need to understand rules and simple instructions.

You might think it's a waste of money, but it's help your child to establish routine at early stage. It takes 6 months to see positive outcome of support of the student.

Why data recording is very important sa mga parents? PM Montessori Enrichment Zone Development center

1. It helps to monitor them how the child will progress inside the classroom.

2.They will know what is the difficult part Thier child is facing.

3. Early intervention is key, to make them functional and to recover from the possible delay.

4. We don't take photo for fun but for the proof of intervention of the child.

5. We do every 6 month progress report, to know how the student performance.

6. Anywhere around the world the parent, can see how there child daily work at class or playschool .
