"What I appreciate and love about PSIS
was that it gave me a place of expression. The people there accommodated my talents and interest to their greatest abilities. They likewise, provided me a safe environment for learning which helped me grow into a critical thinker.

Each school activity in PSIS offers different levels and types of thrill and excitement as it required leadership and resilience. Not only that these activities enhanced my social skills but it also strengthened the community spirit and camaraderie. In addition, PSIS enriched my interpersonal skills that helped me adjust into my new school and on the latter part help me secure a spot in the student council. Activities in PSIS strengthened my confidence to speak my thoughts and opinions.

PSIS was also helpful in boosting my confidence as it constantly encouraged and supported me with my love for music. With these, I am forever grateful for PSIS for nurturing me and giving me an enabling environment. They helped mold me into who am today - academically prepared and independent." - Amor Marayag

"One of the things that love the most about PSIS is the fact that it really feels like a second home. The environment has always felt safe and comfortable which I think is essential for the students.

Some of the values learned in PSIS were respect and positivity. Even though I was only able to spend a few years in there, I can still vividly remember being taught to treat other people with kindness and to always look at the brighter side. With that, I would say that PSIS is an institution that not only values academic excellence, but also values the holistic growth and development of their students.

As I spend time and gained experiences in PSIS, was able to hone and apply the values have leamed in various aspects of my life.
I believe that my time in PSIS has certainly left a mark in me in which I'll be forever grateful." - Samantha Manlangit

"Throughout my stay in PSIS, I loved the environment the most. It was, and still is,
a loving and caring environment. It encouraged us to explore and discover our talents and allowed us to hone them further. Besides that, the people around me were constant source of love and support that I can always lean on anytime. PSIS was more than just a school, it was a family.

Pail and Shovel never failed to encourage me to explore many fields and areas of study. It helped me identify my area of strength which is Science that little did I know would be the key that led me to attend to a Science High School where my love for Science grew.

Overall, Pail and Shovel taught me different work and family values which I can apply up to this day. It helped me develop my love for reading, practice the skill of leadership and exercise resourcefulness in everything that I do.

Through its encouraging and loving environment, Pail and Shovel helped me to discover and unravel more of my capabilities and potentials which is very beneficial as I get to know myself." - Raymond Lamzon

"What I love the most about PSIS was the community. I can remember being nervous on my first day ever in a school since if will also be my first day away from home.

However, PSIS became my home away from home as the teachers and staff were very welcoming. They also made sure that each student felt safe and comfortable.
Since PSIS was my first school, it was my first source of life lessons other than my home. At such a young age, I was able to understand the importance of being disciplined, obedient and responsible.

It also taught me how to make friends!
This greatly helped me develop my self-esteem and confidence throughout the years.

And with such, PSIS was one of the first institutions that taught me how to be a good person I think that's the most priceless thing that I will always be thankful for." - Martina Nacion

"There are quite a lot of things that I love about PSIS. First, are the teachers who always made sure that each day was fun and exciting to look forward to. They were also kind and patient to us which made each day conducive for learning. Second, are my classmates and the environment which made it so easy for me to love learning.

PSIS is one of the rare schools that really encourages their students to develop their skills. They allowed me to sing in various events where my love for music began. Moreover, Pail and Shovel also helped me plant the seeds of passion for business which I am pretly certain of pursuing after high school. PSIS has imparted on me leadership and confidence, qualities that are very important in high school." - Hannah Carlos

"Something remarkable about Pail and Shovel was the environment it gave me. PSIS gave me a home-y feeling as everyone around me were warm and welcoming. It was as if I was in the confines of my home since I felt safe and secure there.

PSIS provided me an outlet to perform in times of programs and events. Teacher Myles and Teacher Ipe knew that I had a talent and knack for music which they always enrich as they have always invited me to perform. In preparation of these performances, PSIS was able to instill in me discipline, patience and perseverance which will come in handy as I face more challenging problems later on.

PSIS also helped me grow in more place than one. Not only did they hone my talent for music but they also helped me develop my personality and build on my morals.
When opportunities come, PSIS taught me to never shy away because through this exposure do allow myself to explore on the
things the world has to offer and eventually identify what's the best for me. PSIS gave me the confidence that I need to stand amidst a world of struggles and tribulations.
This is definitely their greatest gift because if it were not for their constant reassurance and guidance along the way, I would not have the capacity to believe in what I can do for myself and for others.

Through the helping hands of Teacher Myles and Teacher Ipe was I able to fully grasp that if I would want to become the best version of myself, I would have to be patient and I must surround myself with the right people who will support me in everything that I do." - Amir Marayag

"I will forever be grateful for my early childhood education spent at PSIS. I may be very young then but believe it or not, I have kept all those memories within me up until now. Memories both happy and sad-- they have made me into the person that I am now.

As I look back, what seemed as if was all play back then have proved to be some of the happiest years of my childhood.

Good friends, kindest teachers, toys, books, the playground, sandbox and a whole lot more...I cherish all of them.

I am glad my parents chose to send me to PSIS because I believe PSIS has prepared me for the bigger world out there." - Santino Palafox
