Please be informed that the Department of Education, through Department Order No. 11, s. 2026, has implemented updated guidelines on voucher eligibility beginning School Year 2026–2027.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION GUIDE
• Category A – From Social Equity Groups (SEG)
• Category B – Public School Completers
• Category C – ALS / PEPT Passers
• Category D – ESC Grantees
• Category E – Private School Completers (Non-ESC)

📍 Categories A–D
Applicants are required to submit their requirements directly to the Senior High School where they intend to enroll. Please refer to the attached application forms.

The list of requirements may be found in Department Order No. 11, s. 2026, page 28 under “ARTICLE VII: Voucher Program Beneficiary (VPB).”

(Kindly place all requirements in a long brown envelope.)

📅 Deadline for Manual Application Submission:
June 15, 2026

📍 Category E (Private School Completers – Non-ESC)
Applicants are required to apply online through the Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP).

ONLINE APPLICATION SCHEDULE
• May 19, 2026 – Start of voucher application period
• June 15, 2026 – Deadline for account creation and completion of applications through OVAP
• July 15, 2026 – Posting of application results and start of voucher redemption

We have been closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East and the resulting increase in fuel costs. We know these changes are hitting household expenses hard, from transportation to the price of basic goods, and we want to ensure our school remains a source of support during these challenging times.

In the spirit of our Foundation Anniversary, we have decided to extend the Concepcion Brown Educational Aid Program (CBEAP) application window to help more families navigate these new economic pressures.

🔹Extended Window: We are keeping applications open longer to support families managing sudden shifts in the cost of living.
🔹Rate Update: To remain fair to those who enrolled during the initial period, applications submitted now will follow a slightly adjusted rate.
🔹Daily Value: Even with this change, the program still offers a quality education for just ₱99 a day.
