Funny how most of the students featured here casually said "Ich komme aus den Philippinen". Almost like we teach that too. Shocking, we know😅. Von den Philippinen, also taught, also correct, always has been. This one's for those who had a lot to say last time (and were just taught one way to say it), so sure of what we teach and don't. Meanwhile we're wondering how the ones so quick to "correct" sounded on their own first day. Because this is literally day 1. Confident and in full sentences, from 0 German.
