Three months ago, she was memorizing A1 vocabulary after class.

Now she’s sending messages from Germany as a wife. 🇩🇪

March 2026 — A1 completed and exam passed.
April 2026 — Visa approved.
May 2026 — Married in Germany.

This is the part people don’t see:
Behind milestones like these are hours of review, repetition, corrections, and disciplined preparation for real life in Germany - even when German starts getting difficult.

Imagine riding a train through a station where nobody gets on. Nobody gets off. 👻🇩🇪

The lights are dim. Armed guards stand watch. The platforms are completely empty.

Yet the trains keep moving.

During the Cold War, Berlin was divided into East and West. After the Berlin Wall was built in 1961, several underground stations in East Berlin were sealed off from the public — but West Berlin trains still passed through them without stopping.

Locals eventually called them 𝘎𝘦𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘣𝘢𝘩𝘯𝘩𝘰̈𝘧𝘦 — “ghost stations.”

Today, these stations are fully reopened, but they remain one of the most haunting reminders of Cold War Germany and Berlin’s divided past. 🇩🇪
