Today marks a momentous chapter in our lives β the culmination of years of dedication, hard work, and perseverance. As we stand on the threshold of a new beginning, let us reflect upon a timeless truth that encapsulates the essence of our journey: "Do not let what you cannot do, interfere with what you can do."
Throughout our academic journey, we've encountered challenges that seemed insurmountable, faced doubts that whispered in our ears, and met obstacles that threatened to derail our dreams. Yet, here we stand, proof that within us lies an unyielding spirit that propels us forward.
In the 4 years of my stay as their class president, here I witnessed my classmates saying "Hindi ko na kaya" "Itutuloy ko pa ba?" Mali yata ang path na tinatahak ko" "Kakayanin ko pa kaya next year" and with all that, here we are, standing together with our dearest parents. We turned our "Hindi ko na kaya" to "Finally, I made it here!"
Life is a canvas of endless possibilities, awaiting the brushstrokes of our determination and courage. We mustn't be confined by our limitations; rather, let them be the catalyst that ignites the flame of our potential. The world may throw curveballs, but it is our response that defines our legacy.
We've learned that success is not solely measured by the absence of failure, but by the tenacity with which we rise after every fall. As we step into the realm beyond these walls, remember that the journey ahead is not about avoiding mistakes, but about learning from them, adapting, and evolving.
Our experiences here have cultivated a garden of talents, passions, and aspirations. Embrace what you can do β the unique abilities that set you apart, the passions that ignite your soul, and the dreams that beckon you. Let us not be disheartened by the things we haven't mastered, but let us be empowered by the strengths we possess.
In the pursuit of our goals, there will be naysayers and doubters. They may point out our shortcomings and limitations, attempting to cloud our vision. But it is essential to remember that their doubts do not define us; they merely echo the unspoken fears within themselves.
As we stride forth, let us carry the wisdom of this quote in our hearts: "Do not let what you cannot do, interfere with what you can do." Let it remind us that our potential is boundless, our determination unyielding, and our capabilities extraordinary.
