Last night, Sta. Lucia High School's Drum and Lyre Corps electrified thousands of spectators lining along the route as they marched through the streets of Pasig City. As part of the dazzling Paskotitap Parade, our talented musicians and performers filled the night with the rhythmic pulse of Christmas cheer, captivating the hearts of everyone who witnessed their performance. The parade was a visual spectacle, with our members' synchronized movements and the powerful sound of our instruments creating an unforgettable experience. We were honored to be part of this festive tradition and to contribute to the joy and excitement of the season.

A historic morning dawned upon our Baranggay as Sta. Lucia High School’s Drum and Lyre Corps took center stage as the sole musical ensemble invited to perform and lead the parade to this year’s celebration of our Baranggay’s Fiesta. Our talented musicians and performers filled the air with a symphony of sound, captivating the hearts of every attendee.

From the energetic beats of our drums to the harmonious melodies of our lyres, our performance was a testament to the dedication, passion, and unwavering spirit of our members. As we marched through the streets, our rhythmic procession energized the crowd and left a lasting impression. We are incredibly proud to have represented our school and brought joy to the community.

Last November 26, 2024, SLHS Drum and Lyre had the honor of performing at Jollibee’s Christmas Lighting, and it was truly a magical experience. The air was filled with joy, excitement, and the sweet aroma of holiday treats.

We’re grateful to Jollibee for inviting us to be part of such a wonderful event. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and immerse themselves in the holiday cheer.

Let’s continue to spread joy and harmony, one note at a time.

🥁 Calling all SLHS Drum and Lyre participants! practice is on November 16 2024 ,from 9 am to 3 pm. Wear white t-shirt, pants, rubber shoes. Being on time is crucial, so avoid being late! Don’t forget to bring your parent consent forms. While we polish our performance, bring your energy, own be**er, drumstick, baton. Together, let's compose music that inspires pride! Let's collaborate to make this rehearsal productive and peaceful. Prepare to march to the beat of excellence. 🥁🎶🎺
