a. School Learning Resources (LR) Centers
b. School Libraries
c. Classroom Reading Nooks (K to 3)

Led by Dr. Wilma Q. Del Rosario, LRMS-EPS, together with Evelyn B. Morante, Project Development Officer II, and Mr. Adric Rodolfo Z. Gaerlan II, SDO Librarian II, the team provided technical assistance to reading coordinators, school heads, LR coordinators, and School Librarian in-charge.
