The Student Development and Activities Office (SDAO) officially commence the processing of student clearances for Grade 12 graduating Senior High School (SHS) students effective today, June 2, 2026 (Tuesday).

Before proceeding with your clearance, please ensure that you have completed the Student Satisfaction Survey (3S). The survey link is provided in the comment section. Kindly present proof of completion to the SDAO Committee during clearance processing.

📌 Important Reminder for RSO Treasurers and Auditors:
Clearance processing will only be accommodated after attendance at the scheduled Auditing meeting and submission of the required Audit Report.

We encourage everyone to complete the necessary requirements promptly to avoid delays.
