Excellence shines brightest when knowledge meets determination! 💙🏆

On July 4, in celebration of Pasig Day, four colleges competed in the Pasighenyo Quiz Bee, putting their knowledge, teamwork, and school pride to the test.

We are beyond proud to celebrate Arellano University – Andres Bonifacio Campus for emerging as the Champion! Representing the Nursing Department were Felize Marille Elgario, President of the Arellano University Nursing Society, and Kyle Angelo Cuevas, SSC President, alongside Allen Valle, a freshman from the Political Science Department.

This victory reflects the passion, dedication, and excellence that continue to define our jouRNey as AU-ABC students. Congratulations, champions! May this achievement inspire us all to keep striving for excellence—inside and outside the classroom.

One act of kindness can save a life—and every helping hand brings us closer to becoming the nurses we aspire to be. 🩸❤️

On June 26, the Arellano University Nursing Society, in collaboration with the Pasig City Blood Donation Program and Arellano University – Andres Bonifacio Campus, proudly took part in the World Blood Donation Drive.

Our nursing students served on the frontlines by assisting with registration, documentation, and vital signs assessment, ensuring that every donor experienced safe and quality care from the very beginning. With over 80 successful blood donors, many of whom were nursing students, this event became a meaningful milestone in our jouRNey as future healthcare professionals.

Because every heartbeat matters, and every drop of blood can make a difference.

Every great jouRNey begins with a single step—and ours started with an unforgettable welcome! 💙🩺

From June 15–19, the Arellano University Nursing Society proudly participated in the Chief Membership Fair, opening our doors to fellow nursing students through a booth filled with customized ballpens, stickers, pins, and sweet treats. More than sharing souvenirs, we shared smiles, built connections, and welcomed everyone into the AUNS family.

This milestone became even more memorable as we proudly received 🏆 2nd Place – Best Booth and 🥇 1st Place – Most Active Organization. These achievements are a reflection of the dedication, teamwork, and passion that fuel our jouRNey as AU-ABC Nursing students.

Here’s to a year filled with service, leadership, and unforgettable memories. Together, we continue our jouRNey toward becoming future Registered Nurses!

Before you head to your exam room, don't forget to:

The Office for Student Affairs, in collaboration with the Pasig Blood Collecting Team, warmly invites all students, faculty members, employees, and members of the university community to participate in this meaningful and life-saving endeavor.

By donating blood, you can help save lives and provide hope to individuals in need of urgent medical assistance. Every donation can make a difference and give someone a second chance at life.

Basic Requirements for Donors:
✔️ Age: 16–60 years old (with parental consent if below 18 years old)
✔️ Weight: At least 50 kg (110 lbs)
✔️ Pulse Rate: 60–100 bpm, regular
✔️ Blood Pressure: 90/60 – 160/100 mmHg
✔️ Body Temperature: Not above 37.5°C

Health assessments, including pulse rate, blood pressure, and temperature checks, will be conducted during the event.
