From injury to controlled return to play.
This client sustained a landing injury after a jump, resulting in significant difficulty with walking and weight-bearing. Initial presentation showed movement restriction, pain, and compromised lower extremity function.
Our approach focused on a combination of myofascial therapy to reduce soft tissue restrictions and targeted exercise rehabilitation to restore mobility, stability, and neuromuscular control. Progressively, we reintroduced functional movements—starting from basic gait mechanics to controlled loading patterns.
Now, he is able to run again and has gradually returned to basketball activities. While this is a strong milestone, our work continues. The next phase will emphasize structured strengthening and conditioning to ensure long-term resilience, prevent re-injury, and optimize performance.
Recovery is not just about returning—it's about coming back better, stronger, and more prepared.
