| SUPPLEMENTAL GUIDELINES ON ELECTION OF NAAP SSC FEDERATION FOR JULY 21, 2026

The NAAP Supreme Student Council Federation, in collaboration with incoming SSC Federation officers and COMSELEC, has officially adopted the new SSC Federation Election Guidelines via Joint Resolution No. 003 Series 2026 confirmed by the Dean of OSA.

This resolution successfully addresses the procedural gaps in the SSC Constitution and By-Laws to protect and ensure the absolute democratic voting of every SSC President in choosing its officers in the federation.

The new rules permanently establish clear frameworks for voting proceedings, and strict tie-breaking protocols across all campuses.

| STUDENT PULSE SURVEY FOR UPCOMING SSC FEDERATION OFFICERS ELECTION

The initial results for the Supreme Student Council Federation Presidential Survey for A.Y. 2026-2027 are officially in. Out of 527 total responses, RF Matthew F. Galang of BAB-Palmayo Campus leads the poll at 36.7%, closely followed by Val Kasper P. Lubiano (MBEAB Campus) at 31.4%. With 15.7% of voters still undecided, the race for the presidency remains highly competitive.

| Incoming SSC Federation Officers Initial Interview

The SSC Federation together with official panelists from various organizations heads across campuses successfully concluded the initial evaluation interviews to screen our Incoming SSC Federation for the critical role of representing the student body in the Board of Trustees level.

During the session, President Lorraine Angela Doble of the Villamor Campus championed data-driven representation with her proposal for a uniform, campus-wide grievance desk. Meanwhile, President RF Matthew Galang of the Basa Palmayo Campus drew on his management background to propose a legacy run fundraiser aimed at upgrading student facilities.

Representing the Mactan Campus, President Val Kasper Lubiano highlighted his extensive experience with federation issues and advocated for direct, face-to-face dialogues with the Administration. President Francheska Jerzel of the Fernando Air Base Campus grounded her platform in participative servant leadership, focusing on localized consultations to lift up less outspoken students.

The four presidents are set to elect the SSC Federation A.Y. 2026-2027 officers this upcoming July 21, 2026.✈️

Witness history in the making as we bring together the four Supreme Student Council (SSC) Presidents from all campuses of NAAP. Discover their different platforms, upcoming programs, and distinct perspectives on the academy's key issues.

This is more than just a presentation of plans. During this election, they will also select the next Student Trustee, the official representative who will carry the voice and fight for the welfare of 6,800 NAAP students on the Board of Trustees.
