PHCM College Alumni Home Coming 2019

The new set of officers of PHCM Alumni Association together with Dr. Terry Almanzor

In line with the upcoming College Alumni Homecoming, all alumni are invited to nominate a fellow alumnus/alumna for the following awards to be given during the alumni night:
1. Distinguished Alumni Award
Given to alumni who have reached the pinnacle of their
career and have brought credit to themselves and
PHCM through distinguished accomplishments in the
following areas:
a. Business and professional life
b. Community affairs at local, state or national level
c. support for the advancement and continued
excellence of PHCM
2. Alumni Achievement Award
Given to alumni who made outstanding contributions in
one or more of the following ways:
a. Exceptional accomplishments in chosen field
b. Exceptional service in local, state or national affairs
c. Exceptional service and support of the advancement
and continued excellence of PHCM
3. International Alumni Achievement Award
Given to alumni who made outstanding contributions in
one or more of the following ways
a. Exceptional accomplishments in internationally
b. Exceptional service in local, state or national affairs
c. Exceptional service and support of the advancement
and continued excellence of PHCM

**Nominated names are subject to review and deliberation of the Council of Deans of PHCM
