Hazing is not a tradition, nor is it a form of brotherhood or unity. It is an act that causes harm, fear, and lasting trauma. As members of the AIMS community, we believe that true belonging is built on respect, trust, and supportโnot pain or humiliation.
The ๐ผ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ง๐จ stand together in promoting a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for every student. We encourage everyone to recognize hazing in all its forms, reject it without hesitation, and take a stand against practices that threaten the dignity and well-being of others.
The school does not tolerate any acts of hazing among its students. Any behavior that compels someone to endure physical, emotional, or psychological harm in the name of initiation or acceptance is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with accordingly.
If you know something or witness any act of hazing, ๐ฅ๐ฐ ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ข๐ช๐ฏ ๐ด๐ช๐ญ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต. Your voice can help protect others and prevent further harm. You may report these incidents to the ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ง๐ช๐ค๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ค๐ข๐ต๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ต 3๐ณ๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ค๐ฌ, ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ณ, where your concerns will be handled with care, confidentiality, and proper action.
Let us work together to break the cycle and create a culture where kindness leads, respect is practiced, and everyone feels safe to belong.

Itโs never too late to celebrate the strength, courage, and achievements of women. LET US HAVE A VAWC-FREE SOCIETY
A truly safe world begins with a society where violence against women no longer exists. When we uplift women and put an end to abuse, we create communities where dignity and safety are guaranteed for all. Creating this kind of world goes beyond a moral obligationโit represents a collective pledge to ensure that everyone can live free from fear, with their rights upheld, their voices acknowledged, and their future protected.

WORLD MENTAL HEALTH MONTH 2025: ACCESS TO SERVICES MENTAL HEALTH IN CATASTROPHES AND EMERGENCIES
In times of catastropheโwhether a natural disaster, pandemic, war, or personal lossโmental health is often the first to suffer. When everything falls apart, people need more than just their basic needs; they need hope, healing, and the reassurance that they are seen.
Thatโs why mental health must be central to every responseโnot only in times of peace, but especially in moments of crisis. We need systems that care, communities that listen, and a culture that protects emotional well-being. Because in every disaster, mental health isnโt secondaryโitโs essential.
