β"Bandages out, teamwork on!"π©Ή
We had an engaging and hands-on session where we learned how to properly do ankle bandaging. With Sir guiding us through the process, we got to see a step-by-step demo before grouping up and trying it out ourselves.
It was both fun and educational β a great mix of learning a life-saving skill while sharing laughs with our fellow members. We may have had a few funny moments figuring things out, but in the end, we all walked away with a new skill and stronger teamwork.
Hereβs to more meaningful and memorable training sessions ahead!

π¨ Emergency in Action: JRC's Challenge! ππ₯
