AIMS Museo Maritimo is open every Tuesday to Saturday from 0800H to 1700H. We welcome walk-ins and you can also book your visit here on Facebook to secure a guided tour.

To all AIMS Alumni and non-AIMS participants registered for the AIMS KasaysaRUN XI Water Carnival Run, please be advised that race kit claiming is ongoing. You can claim it today, April 30, 2026 from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Just bring a valid ID and proof of payment.

Claiming will take place inside the AIMS Campus in Pasay City. We would also like to remind Non-AIMS participants to check their spam or junk folder in case any race updates or emails end up in there.

For payment concerns, please chat the AIMS Museo Maritimo page for payment details. You may also email [email protected].

As for those who have not yet completed their payment, you may also settle it at the AIMS Cashier located within the AIMS Campus in Pasay City.

If you prefer to have your race kit claimed via Lalamove, please indicate the runner’s name in the notes section and send us a message first to request for the exact location details and point person. Lalamove or Same-Day Delivery Fee to be shouldered by the runner.

After booking, kindly provide us with the tracking link for reference.

Please note that only a limited number of race kits can be brought to the venue so we encourage our participants to claim it at an earlier time.

We would like to inform non-AIMS participants that walk-in registrations and payment will not be accepted on May 2 (Saturday), the day of the event. If in case you are unable to claim your race kit today (April 30), please inform us.

🌊 EVENT OVERVIEW

KasaysaRUN XI: Water Carnival Run is a 5 KM fun run that combines fitness with a vibrant water splash festival experience, inspired by Thailand’s Songkran Festival. Participants will pass through color zones and water stations every kilometer, making this a run filled with excitement, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

🎯 EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

🔫 Interactive water play using provided water guns
🌊 Full water splash festival experience — expect to get soaked!
🏅 Finisher’s medal for participants who complete all stations

✅ PARTICIPANT GUIDELINES (DO’s)

✔️ Arrive early for check-in, assembly, and warm-up activities
✔️ Wear comfortable, light, and water-friendly clothing
✔️ Follow the designated 5 KM route and pass through all stations
✔️ Cooperate with event marshals, staff, and volunteers
✔️ Stay hydrated and run at a safe, comfortable pace
✔️ Respect fellow participants and enjoy the experience responsibly
✔️ Embrace the fun — expect water splashes and color powder throughout the run

❌ RULES & PROHIBITIONS (DON’Ts)

❌ No pushing, shoving, or unsafe behavior during the run
❌ No skipping stations if aiming to receive the finisher’s medal
❌ No littering — dispose of waste properly
❌ No use of harmful substances or unauthorized materials
❌ No bringing of valuables or electronics that may be damaged by water
❌ No disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward participants or staff

⚠️ SAFETY REMINDERS

Participants should be in good physical condition before joining
Be cautious on wet surfaces to avoid slipping
If feeling unwell, stop immediately and seek assistance from event personnel
First aid stations will be available along the route
Keep personal belongings secured in waterproof protection

💦 WATER CARNIVAL REMINDERS

🌊 This is a soak-friendly event — getting wet is part of the experience
🎨 Color powder used is safe, but avoid contact with eyes and mouth
🔫 Water guns are for fun and should be used responsibly
👕 Wear attire suitable for water and color exposure

🏅 FINISHER & AWARDS

Participants must complete the full route and pass all stations to qualify for the finisher’s medal
Top finishers will receive cash prizes and medals
Raffle draws and giveaways will be held after the run

📢 Advisory: Temporary Museum Closure

In observance of Labor Day, AIMS Museo Maritimo will be closed on May 1, 2026 (Friday).

The museum will also remain closed on May 2, 2026 (Saturday) in support of KasaysaRUN XI.

Regular museum operations will resume on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
