𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀:
• Please bring the hardcopy of your Acknowledgment Receipt for faster and smoother transactions.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀:

| Graduating Class Officers (GCO) Election for the Academic Year 2024-2025

The Graduating Class Officers (GCO) Election for the Academic Year 2024-2025 will be held on January 31, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the PhilSCA Multipurpose Hall.

This election will be facilitated by the Office of Student Affairs, with the support of the PhilSCA-Villamor Supreme Student Council and the PhilSCA-Villamor Commission on Student Elections.

Eligible voters and nominees include:
* Class Mayors from all graduating classes
* Fourth-Year Representatives (must be graduating) of Academic Student Organizations
* Second Year Representative of AMTSO and AETSO (must be graduating)
* All graduating students who are willing to serve and hold the responsibility and accountability

The following positions will be filled:

- President
- Vice President for Internal Affairs Vice President for External Affairs
- Secretary
- Assistant Secretary
- Treasurer
- Assistant Treasurer
- Auditor
- Assistant Auditor
- Public Information Officers (2)
- Representatives (one per each program)

The Graduating Class Officers (GCO) will resume operations on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟭 (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆), from 𝟬𝟵𝟬𝟬𝗛 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟱𝟬𝟬𝗛. Kindly bring and present the hard copy of your receipt upon claiming the following items:

1. Medal in Frame
2. Graduation Frame
3. Graduation Ring (Batch 2)

*Note: Graduation rings for Batch 3 (those who availed from August 14-21) are not yet available for claiming.

Additionally, the 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 will resume their 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗬 of operations tomorrow (0900H to 1500H) at PhilSCA Guestel for toga retrieval.

*Note: The refundable amount will decrease by ₱50 per operating day. Hence, the 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 remaining amount of ₱400 from the toga deposit will be refunded.

In the absence of a suspension advisory from the Pasay City Public Information Office, GCO operations will resume 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬 (𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰) from 0900H to 1500H. Please proceed to the GCO Office, 1st floor, Building A (across OSA Office).

Kindly bring and present the hard copy of your receipt upon claiming the following items:

1. Medal in Frame
2. Graduation Frame
3. Graduation Ring (Batch 2)

*Note: Graduation rings for Batch 3 (those who availed from August 14-21) are not yet available for claiming.

For Toga Retrieval, please proceed to PhilSCA Guestel.

*NOTE: A ₱50 fine for delayed return of toga will be charged today. Hence, the remaining amount of ₱450 from the toga deposit will be refunded.

𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | Postponed GCO Operations (September 4, 2024)

Due to inclement weather brought by Severe Tropical Storm “Enteng” and following the recent announcement from the Pasay City Public Information Office regarding the suspension of classes, GCO operations have been 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗗. We will resume operations once the weather conditions improve.

Please be advised that Toga Retrieval will also be temporarily paused, hence the ₱50 charge for delayed retrieval will be 𝗪𝗔𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗗 during this period.

Please stay tuned for further announcements.

3. Graduation Ring (Batch 2)

*Note: Graduation rings for Batch 3 (those who availed from August 14-21) are not yet available for claiming.

Additionally, the Toga Provider will be available from 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟰-𝟲 (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆) at PhilSCA Guestel for toga retrieval. Please take note of the following:

• A ₱50 fine for delayed return of toga will be charged starting tomorrow. Hence, the remaining amount of ₱450 from the toga deposit will be refunded.
• The refundable amount will decrease by ₱50 per day thereafter.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸!

The Graduating Class Officers (GCO) operations will resume on September 2 (Monday), from 0900H to 1500H. Students may proceed to the GCO office to claim the following:

1. Medal in Frame
2. Graduation Frame
3. Graduation Ring (Batch 2)

*Note: Graduation rings for Batch 3 (those who availed from August 14-21) are not yet available for claiming.

For Toga Retrieval, please proceed to the PhilSCA Guestel (across the PhilSCA Hangar).

Edit: The security deposit for the toga is PHP 500 (refundable upon return). However, a fine of PHP 50 will be charged for delay in returning the toga. Therefore, a remaining amount of PHP 450 will be returned by the provider on September 2 (Monday).
