LOOK | The 133rd Department of Military Science and Tactics, PhilSCA Villamor ROTC, successfully held the ROTC Graduation Ceremony and Turnover of Command for School Year 2025–2026 at the NAAP-VAB Covered Court on 18 April 2026.

The ceremony marked a significant transition as outgoing Cadet Officers formally relinquished their positions and entrusted the responsibility of leadership to the newly appointed officers through the signing of the Relinquishment and Assumption Orders.

Congratulations to all graduating ROTC cadets and Cadet Officers for reaching this important milestone. Your journey stands as a testament to your perseverance, discipline, and commitment to service. As one chapter ends and another begins, may you continue to lead with honor, serve with humility, and inspire others through your actions.

WATCH | DONNING OF RANKS AND KNIGHTING CEREMONY - On 14 March 2026, the 133rd Department of Military Science and Tactics PhilSCA/NAAP is honored to present the Donning of Ranks and Knighting Ceremony at the PhilSCA/NAAP-VAB Covered Court.

The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (formerly PhilSCA) held its Donning of Ranks and Knighting Ceremony for newly assigned cadet officers, marking a key milestone in their leadership journey. The event featured the arrival of Commandant MAJ Robert S. Gacayan PAF, followed by opening rites and welcome remarks from 1LT Kenneth Joy L. Miranda PAF. Cadets were formally knighted and awarded their ranks.

The highlight of the ceremony was the Silent Drill Performance by Batch Aslag-Diwa, Class of 2028, showcasing precision, discipline, and coordination through synchronized formations and rifle movements. The ceremony concluded with recognition of the cadets’ dedication and resilience, celebrating their transition into their new roles as Cadet Officers.

LOOK | DONNING OF RANKS AND KNIGHTING CEREMONY - On 14 March 2026, the 133rd Department of Military Science and Tactics PhilSCA/NAAP is honored to present the Donning of Ranks and Knighting Ceremony at the PhilSCA/NAAP-VAB Covered Court.

The event began with the arrival of MAJ Robert S. Gacayan PAF, Commandant of the 133rd Department of Military Science and Tactics. This was followed by the preliminaries and welcome remarks from the Assistant Commandant, 1LT Kenneth Joy L. Miranda PAF, who offered words of encouragement to the cadets.

The cadet officers were formally knighted, and their promotions were officially recognized through the donning of ranks. The highlight of the day was the Silent Drill Performance by the Cadet Officers of Batch Aslag-Diwa, Class of 2028. The performance showcased unity and precision, with each cadet moving confidently and accurately. Various formations and fundamental rifle positions and sequences were displayed, demonstrating their discipline and coordination, and bringing the ceremony to a memorable close.

We proudly salute and honor this new chapter, reflecting the dedication and perseverance they have demonstrated. We warmly congratulate the newly appointed Cadet Officers as they officially assume their well-earned ranks.
