Nutrition Month School Activity: Fruit Mixing

As part of our Nutrition Month- Long celebration, learners participated in a Fruit Mixing Activity to promote healthy eating habits in a fun and engaging way. The children learned about the nutritional benefits of different fruits while helping prepare a colorful fruit mix.

This hands-on activity encouraged teamwork, cooperation, and the development of practical life skills. More importantly, it inspired our learners to appreciate the value of making healthy food choices every day.

Together, we celebrate Nutrition Month by nurturing healthy minds, healthy bodies, and healthy futures—one fruit at a time!

Judges 2:10 says, "And all that generation also were gathered to their fathers. And there arose another generation after them who did not know the Lord or the work that He had done for Israel."
To me, this is one of the saddest verses in the Bible. It reminds us that one generation failed to pass on the knowledge of God to the next. As a result, a generation grew up without knowing the Lord, leading them farther away from His ways.

Today, we live in a fallen world where crime, hatred, violence, and anger have become increasingly common, especially among the young. Yet it is not too late. There is still hope for our children.

This is a wake-up call for all of us. As parents, teachers, grandparents, and members of our communities, we have a God-given responsibility to teach the next generation about His love and truth. Our role is not only to educate but also to pray for our children, model a life of faith, and lead them closer to Jesus.
