- Assist in the facilitation of institutional research colloquium, forums, presentation and seminars.
- Assist in the publication of institutional research journals and other research-related publications.
- Spearhead the facilitation, processing and report of customer satisfaction survey.
- Coordinate and monitor the institutional research production of External Researchers and Associates.
- Promote the participation of students, faculties and personnel in call for paper presentations.
- Monitor and assist in the implementation of other research plans and programs of the center.

- Spearhead the corporate social responsibility of the institution thru the development, implementation, and monitoring of outreach and extension projects.
- Mobilize the participation of internal stakeholders, external affiliates, and other organizations in extending community services.
