The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines Board of Trustees has elected and proudly welcomes and congratulates its First President, PROF. MARWIN M. DELA CRUZ, PhD, pursuant to Board of Trustees Resolution No. 37-NAAP, Series of 2026, effective 26 May 2026 to 25 May 2030.

His appointment marks a defining milestone in the continuing transformation of the Academy as the country’s leading institution for aviation and aerospace professional education, training, research, and innovation.

With steadfast vision, principled leadership, and commitment to excellence, President Dela Cruz now leads NAAP toward a bold new era.

In light of the recent fire incident in Taguig, the Supreme Student Council humbly calls on the NAAP community to extend support to our fellow students and families affected by the tragedy.

Many of our fellow students are currently facing incredibly difficult circumstances. Having lost their homes and belongings to the fire, they are in dire need of our immediate assistance to recover and get through this challenging time.

In the true spirit of bayanihan, we hope to come together and offer whatever help we can by opening a donation drive for financial relief.

Before we arrive at the finish line, we are invited to pause, reflect, and give thanks together. The Flight 2026 Baccalaureate Mass will be held on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟵, 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, as a solemn gathering to honor the journey that brought us here.

This is a time to remember the people who stood with us, the lessons that shaped us, and the grace that carried us through. As we prepare to take our final steps toward graduation, may this moment remind us to move forward with gratitude, peace, and hope.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Chenelle Alleyza Macaraeg, a first-year Aviation Tourism student.

In this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, especially her grandmother. Wake details are shared for those who wish to pay their respects.

| The Office of Student Affairs and Office the Vice President for Academic Affairs approves the uniform relaxation until the last day of semester in all NAAP Campuses

The Office of Student Affairs and the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs have approved the request for uniform relaxation until the last day of the semester.

After the submission of a request letter, the Office of Student Affairs granted the uniform relaxation starting April 10, 2026, until the last day of the semester to help ease the effects of the high heat index.

Students are still required to comply with the dress code policy guidelines stated in the PhilSCA Student Handbook.

The Office of the Student Trustee would like to extend its gratitude to the Dean of the Office of Student Affairs and the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs for their collective consideration of the students’ welfare.

📢 Student Needs Assessment Survey is Now Open

The NAAP Office of Student Affairs and Guidance Unit invites all students to take part in the Student Needs Assessment Survey. This is a required step for your clearance, but you may choose “Prefer not to say” for any question you are not comfortable answering.

This survey aims to better understand your needs and improve programs and services in academics, career and occupation, social, emotional, and personal development.

🕒 The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers, so we encourage you to answer honestly.

🔒 All responses will be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Only the Office of Student Affairs and Guidance Unit will have access to the data.

This forum serves as a platform for transparency, informed engagement and shared commitment as NAAP takes a defining step in its institutional transformation.
