The Supreme Student Council and the Office of Student Affairs will lead the elections on March 11, 2024, for this year's graduation ceremony.

The Graduating Class Officers (GCO) Flight 2023 has always been dedicated to meeting the expectations of the students, parents, guardians, and other stakeholders. The GCO has previously made multiple extensions per the request of students to make amends to their schedules.

As the new set of officers for Flight 2024 will be elected in the coming weeks, GCO Flight 2023 is expected to dissolve its operations and vacate the office to give way for the preparation of the 49th Commencement Exercises. We are asking for cooperation from the Graduates of Flight 2023 to collect their 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 on February 29, 2024 from 10AM to 4PM.

DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR RECEIPTS! If in a digital form (photo) kindly print it.

NOTE:
- The Delivery System as proposed previously has not been approved due to low participation of graduates on the survey.
- The Flight 2023 Yearbook is still underway, we will be announcing further information for its release.
- Graduates who still cannot claim their frames and rings may do a follow-up during yearbook releasing or upon turnover of frames/rings to the Office of the Student Affairs.

2. GCO will no longer issue certified true copies of lost receipts since all students are able to claim their toga.
3. Authorization will be allowed. The GCO will only acknowledge authorization letters with complete requirements. (Authorization Letter, ID of Student, ID of Authorized Representative, and Hard Copy of GCO Receipt)

Good day Graduates! The provider extended the returning of toga until 1500H today.

GCO ADVISORY | RETRIEVAL OF TOGA

Here are the guidelines for the graduates in returning their toga at PhilSCA.

1. The provider will accommodate graduates from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon at the PhilSCA Covered Court. (The time is decided by the provider to enable them to cater their other clients).

2. Make sure that the set of toga is complete.

3. For any other concerns, student(s) can contact Elegance Toga through the following numbers:

4. Only the toga provider and the school will be in-charge of retrieval, hence, the GCO Office will remain closed.
