Mark your calendars for September 14-16, 2023! It's time to collect your yearbooks at the GCO Office, Ground Floor, Bldg. A, from 0900H to 1630H.

Don't forget to bring:
1. Yearbook Receipt
2. Valid ID

Can't make it on those dates? No worries! You can pick it up at the OSA office during regular business hours after the last day of distribution.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Postponed distribution of graduation souvenirs on March 9-11

The distribution of graduation souvenirs, initially scheduled for March 9-11, has been postponed due to the planned one-week transport strike beginning on March 6. Please stay tuned for further updates. Thank you.

GCO ADVISORY | DISTRIBUTION OF SOUVENIRS

The distribution of souvenirs will take place over the course of these dates:

January 26-28 (Thursday to Saturday)
February 9-11 (Thursday to Saturday)
February 23-25 (Thursday to Saturday)
March 9-11 (Thursday to Saturday)
March 23-25 (Thursday to Saturday)

Time:
0900H - 1600H

SSC Office

Note:
1. Kindly bring your receipts as well as authorization letters if you will be claiming in behalf of your batchmate.
2. Graduation credentials, such as diplomas and transcripts of records (TOR), as well as other related documents, will be handled by the registrar's office. Graduating students are advised to contact the registrar's office for further information on the release and distribution of these documents

We encourage all graduating students to come and collect their souvenirs during these dates and times. Thank you.

GCO UPDATES | YEARBOOK AND SOUVENIR

The Flight 2022 yearbook is currently undergoing content review. While we work on finalizing the details, distribution dates for souvenirs will be announced as soon as possible. Please refrain from going to the SSC office to claim your graduation-related items as we are still finalizing the distribution dates. Rest assured that our officers are coordinating with the administration to ensure a smooth distribution process.

The distribution will be on:

Date: December 07, 09, & 10, 2022
Time: 0800H - 1600H
Cutoff: 1545H
Location: SSC Room Bldg. B
Waiting Area: Bldg. B hallway

Kindly bring the following:
1. Miscellaneous Fee Receipt (hardcopy or softcopy);
2. School ID or any Valid ID.

If you will be claiming in behalf of your batchmate, kindly bring the following:
1. Miscellaneous Fee Receipt (hardcopy or softcopy);
2. One (1) copy of the Authorization Letter with a valid photo ID or school ID attached.

GCO ADVISORY | GRADUATION SOUVENIRS

The graduation ring was recently delivered to us, but for the time being, please avoid claiming any graduation-related souvenirs or items from the SSC Room since we are only permitted to distribute them on certain days, which will be announced shortly.

The yearbook is still in production, and we are closely working with PXM to deliver it as soon as possible.

Starting tomorrow at 11:59 p.m., we will no longer be gathering information for the Flight 2022 yearbook because we must submit it as soon as possible to meet our deadlines and distribute the yearbook in advance. If you did not respond to the designated Google form, we would only use the information from the final list of candidates for graduation.
