📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: Hepatitis B Vaccination Schedule

The School of Optometry, in compliance with the requirement of the Health Service Office (HSO), will be conducting the Hepatitis B Vaccination Program for all students. Please be guided by the following schedule:

💉 1st Dose: April 20–25, 2026
📌 Payment Deadline: April 15, 2026

💉 2nd Dose: May 20–25, 2026
📌 Payment Deadline: May 13, 2026

💉 3rd Dose: October 12–17, 2026
📌 Payment Deadline: October 7, 2026

💳 Payment Details:
The vaccination fee is *₱850 per dose.* Payments must be settled at the
Clinic (12th Floor). After payment, you will be able to schedule your preferred vaccination time.

All students are required to complete the full vaccination series as part of this health requirement. Kindly settle payments on or before the stated deadlines.

📌 Reminders:
All students who were previously requested by the Health Service Office to submit their updated medical requirements are reminded to comply *on or before April 30, 2026.
