This Holiday, February 25, 2022 we remember the EDSA People Power Revolution, the freedom from dictatorship that was valiantly fought for 36 years ago. May this momentous event be engraved in our hearts and minds as the symbol of unity and solidarity of our people.

Today we commemorate the 144th birthday of Ralph Smedley (February 22, 1878-September 11, 1965) , The founder of Toastmaster International. Today there are 16,400 toastmaster clubs in 141 countries with a total of approximately 352,000 members.

Congratulations to the pride of PNB Toastmasters Club and Division L, Angela Rivera, MS1 for delivering her best speech at the District 75 (Philippines) Evaluation Speech Contest!

Before reaching the District Level, she competed at the Club, Area, and Division levels under the same category. What's more—this Reyna Elena of a Toastmaster is a rookie, but this did not stop her from learning and practicing the art of evaluation until she reached this point.
