ADVISORY: WARNING AGAINST ADMISSION TEST SCAMS

Dear NAAP Applicants:

The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (NAAP) hereby informs all applicants that the application for admission and the taking of the NAAP Admission Test are FREE OF CHARGE.

NAAP does not authorize any person to collect admission-related payments through Messenger, SMS, private chats, personal GCash or bank accounts, or any other unofficial means. All admission procedures are conducted through official NAAP channels and are implemented in accordance with applicable government laws, rules, and regulations.

NAAP shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions made with unauthorized individuals or unofficial accounts. Applicants who engage in such transactions do so at their own risk. NAAP will not recognize, reimburse, or validate payments made through personal GCash or bank accounts, private messaging platforms, informal intermediaries or “fixers,” or unauthorized admission coordinators.

FUTURE NAAPviator!!!

Your journey to the skies starts with a single step, and it’s time to reach for it!

The NAAP Admission Test is your gateway to an exciting future in aviation. But before you take flight, make sure you're ready with your checklist! Take note of the admission requirements and prepare the necessary documents for your application.

FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN*
1. Scanned copy of GRADE 12 Report Card (1st quarter or 2nd quarter, whichever is available)
2. Scanned copy of the latest Good Moral Character
3. 1x1 formal picture with white background (with collar)
4. Ishihara Test (issued by an Ophthalmologist) (For programs with Ishihara test requirements)

FOR TRANSFEREES*
1. Scanned copy of Scanned copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
2. Scanned copy of the latest Good Moral Character
3. 1x1 formal picture with white background (with collar)
4. Ishihara Test (issued by an Ophthalmologist) (For programs with Ishihara test requirements)

Note for Transferees: If in case your Transcript of Records is not available you may submit the Certificate of Enrollment or Registration, and Evaluation of Grades from your current school, signed by the College or University Registrar.

*Please be advised that incomplete requirements will not be evaluated.

To all applicants who are able to visit the Villamor Campus: The NAAP Villamor Campus Medical Clinic will begin offering FREE Ishihara Test starting on August 24 until October 31, 2026. These tests will be available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, except on holidays and weekends.

Requirements

For Personal Claim:
• Two (2) valid IDs (original and photocopy)
• Three (3) specimen signatures below the photocopy of each valid ID
Preferred IDs: School ID, PhilHealth ID, or any government-issued ID

For Claim Through an Immediate Family Member:
• Duly signed Authorization Letter from the student-grantee
• Original and photocopy of valid IDs of both the grantee and the authorized representative, with three (3) specimen signatures below each photocopy
• Photocopy of the grantee's LandBank ATM Card with three (3) specimen signatures beside the photocopy

Important Reminder:
If a student-grantee authorizes a representative to claim the check on their behalf, the check will be issued as a crossed check and not be encashable. It must be deposited directly into the student-grantee's personal savings account under their name.

📢 SCHOLARSHIP UPDATE 📢

The Admission Office is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Scholarship. All students, from 1st Year to 4th year, regardless of their Program, are eligible and encouraged to submit their applications within the application period.

DATE: July 13-24, 2026
VENUE: Admission Office

REQUIREMENTS:
1. TES Application Form (downloadable)
1.1 https://bit.ly/NAAP-TES
2. photocopy of Certificate of Registration (1st sem AY 2026-2027)

Kindly read the instructions noted on the application form, incorrect of illegible application forms may not be processed.

Benefits:
1. TES grantees
1.1 Ten Thousand Pesos per semester or,
1.2 Twenty Thousand Pesos per Year
2. TES grantees that is PWD
2.1 Additional Five Thousand Pesos per semester or,
2.2 Additional Ten Thousand Pesos per year
3. TES grantees with licensure examination
3.1 Maximum of one-time reimbursement of Eight Thousand Pesos to cover the full or partial of taking licensure examination

Agenda: NSTP Orientation

To ensure uniformity and proper decorum, all students are required to report in the following attire:

• Plain White Round T-shirt or ROTC/CWTS Shirt (tucked in)
• Plain Maong Pants

The Career Placement Examination (CPE) for incoming 3rd Year students of BS Aircraft Maintenance Technology (BSAMT) and BS Aviation Electronics Technology (BSAET) at the VAB Campus is still ongoing until June 26, 2026.
