Dito ipinapakita ang husay sa Food Plating o malikhaing pag hahain ng mga pagkaing Pilipino mula sa iba't ibang rehiyon, at ang husay sa pagkuha ng litrato ng mga pagkaing ito. Nagkaroon rin ng kaunting salo-salo ng Pinoy pica-pica sa MTC Cafe na inihanda rin ng 4th year.

Kasama ang kanilang g**o na si Chef Geraldine M. Cabello, ang program head na si Ms. Marielle Garcia, at ang mga panauhin mula sa Kolehiyo ng Sining at Agham na nagbigay suporta sa exhibit.

Bukas ang exhibit na ito sa buong buwan ng Agosto sa Manila Tytana Colleges, MTC Cafe.

Inaanyayahan ang lahat na antabayanan at lumahok sa mga gawaing ito.

HNCA's nutrition and culinary instructor, Chef Geraldine Cabello, was honored to be one of the speakers at the Nutritionist-Dietitians' Association of the Philippines (NDAP) 69th Anniversary Convention held at the Century Park Hotel, Manila.

Chef Cabello presented on the topic "Nutrition, Palatability, and Sustainability: Finding the Balance," where she delved into techniques for improving food preparation by striking a balance in flavors, catering specifically to the interests of nutritionist-dietitians.

During the convention, Chef Cabello was accompanied by Mr. Koichi Ozaki, President of Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation (APC) (right), Ms. Deborah Fajardo, Nutrition Advancement Manager (left), and Ms. Ma. Maria Eloisa Villaraza, NDAP National President.

Postponement of Foundation Week Activities for Campus Disinfection

Please be advised of the necessary changes in plans regarding the upcoming Foundation Week activities.

In light of our commitment to ensuring the health and safety of our students, faculty, and staff, we have made the decision to postpone the scheduled Foundation Week activities from February 12-17, 2024. This decision was made after careful consideration and in response to the current health concerns affecting some members of the Tytana community.

While we understand the importance of celebrating our institution's foundation, our top priority remains the well-being of our community. Therefore, we have taken proactive measures to conduct a thorough disinfection of the campus facilities during this time.

The online classes originally scheduled will push through on February 12-17. Campus will be closed on Monday, February 12. Operations will be shifted to online.

Announcements regarding rescheduling of Foundation Week activities will be made soon.
