A friendly reminder from the Student Discipline Office! From June 1–5, all students are required to wear their 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 inside the campus. ✨

Wednesdays & Saturdays remain as 𝗪𝗔𝗦𝗛 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦, so prescribed uniforms are not required unless instructed by your College Dean.

Let’s stay neat, presentable, and campus-ready, Bulldogs!

𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 | The School of Allied Health Student Council successfully conducted a research seminar last March 9, 2026, entitled “𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬” for the Allied Health Students.

In the afternoon session, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐍𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐅. 𝐋𝐢𝐦, shared her expertise with the Medical Technology and Nursing students through a discussion focused on ethical data and presentation and defense skills in research. She emphasized the importance of accuracy and proper interpretation of data when conducting studies, as it will affect the whole paper if there is one incorrect statistical data. Especially in the healthcare field, data is important. Dr. Lim encouraged students to develop their confidence when presenting their studies and defend carefully the data. The session became an opportunity to students to strengthen their understanding not only in research but what it is like in the field.

In the morning session, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐳, 𝐌𝐀𝐍, 𝐑𝐍, shared his experiences and knowledge with the Nursing and Medical Technology students. He discussed the importance and key points of conducting research. Also, reminded the students that research is not merely a requirement but an instrument to solve, discover, and understand the realities. He also explained that it continues and cannot be avoided even within the healthcare environment itself. Healthcare professionals still apply research and analysis like during patient endorsement. Through the discussion, Attendees actively participated and left the hall with new knowledge.

Hindi na bulwagan ng batas ang senado; bagkus, isang sirko kung saan ang mga payaso ay nakabarong at ang mga buwayang dapat nililitis ay siya pang pinapalakpakan.

Habang lumalalim ang usapin ng banggaang politikal, mas lumilinaw na hindi na serbisyong pampubliko ang umiiral sa pamahalaan, kundi pagtatanggol sa kaalyado at pagkapit sa kapangyarihan.

Bilang mga mag-aaral ng Allied Health na sinasanay na magsilbi nang may katapatan, hindi namin kayang tiisin ang gobyernong talamak sa kawalan ng pananagutan.

Patuloy na nauuga ang Senado sapagkat alam nilang unti-unti nang nagigising ang mga Pilipino. Pilit man nilang baluktutin ang katotohanan, may isang bagay na hindi nila kayang kontrolin: ang sambayanang sawa nang maloko at marunong nang mag-isip. Isa sa kinatatakutan ng gobyerno—ang mga edukado.

At dapat lamang silang matakot dahil ang namulat, hindi na pipikit pa. At ang taingang nakarinig ay hindi na magbibingi-bingihan pa.

Sapagkat habang may kabataang sawang-sawa na sa lusak ng korapsyon at kamangmangan, may titindig upang kuwestiyunin ang bulok na sistemang matagal nang nagpapanggap na demokrasya. May boses ang kabataan. May karapatan kaming magsalita, magtanong, at maningil ng pananagutan.

Nawa’y magsilbi itong mitsa upang kalampagin ang kamalayan, at magkaisa upang gisingin ang tulog mantikang pamahalaan. Sapagkat ang kongreso ay hindi teatro ng kapangyarihan, kundi tahanan ng pananagutan.
