Scouting isn't just about earning badges and recognitions. Scouting strives to prepare youth to become a responsible, participating citizen and leaders who are guided the values of Scout Oath and Law. I join scouting since my elementary days and I really have a great experience that I can cherish in my entire life. For being an active in indoor and outdoor activities of Scouting. I realized that being a leader may describe and demonstrate a Scouting Skills but the Scouts truly learn is to do it in themselves. Lastly, to be the best scout leader is to influence your member to become a great scout leader too.

Since joining the Scouting movement at just 15years old, I can easily see how much of a significant impact these years in Scouting have had on every aspect of my life. By having a goal in life of becoming an eagle scout I am willing to learn more about scouting. Being involved in Scouting has allowed me to make connections with others and provided experiences have truly helped me to grow into my own person. I sincerely believe that without these opportunities, and meaningful friendships, my life would not be the same.I learn so many things like knots, lashings, first aid & etc. I encourage all youth to share their Scouting stories so that you too can inspire new youth and volunteers to join."

"One of the most important roles of an Assistant Scoutmasters is to infuse his Troops with a scout spirit. He does this in a variety of ways. He should wear the scout uniform and encourages his scouts to do so as well. Scouts should repeat the scout oath. Scout law and slogan at each meeting. Scouts should perform service as a troop from time to time to build team work and strength to show compassion , empathy and keep the members on a positive future.
Sure, there are challenges on being a scouter the weekly commitments to our troops that one weekend of the month the days we spent at the camp.the challenges of helping others to reluctant or apathetic the parents to get involved. And the storage space it takes up in your backyard are all part of our commitments.
But all of these experiences mold us to become who we are today and gives us the strength to become leaders of our communities.and the most beautiful experience that we can treasure and share to the world in our whole of existing that we are professionals and We are leaders."

" Since the day I joined SCOUTING I felt I've never been alone. Aside from having good people around and my neckerchief became my partner. Through struggles, pressures, and challenges that I faced. As a scout who always struggle in academic, but I never give up in scouting. Because scouting movement helps me to learn scouting skills, scouting ideals and etc.. For me it might be difficult to balance my academic and scouting but trust me for this, after joining the scouting it helps me to know who I am and want I really want. Scouting is not just having a backyard camping or having a campfire in the middle of the night but it is a training for us. If the academic train you for your future career then scouting train you for future survival. I even never appeared solitarily in the organization. We fight together and stronger for our limitless dreams."
